Super nice guys, first time delivering and they explained how the process works. Start unloading @ 8am. Orders being shipped and their trucks come first before they bring you in for unloading. Second entrance on Left is truck entrance
Trex, a wonderful company, agreed to replace my decking after a warranty review. Unfortunately after the they approved a new order the order was sent to Snavely. A gentleman there by the name Joh Veraar was assigned the case. His job was to get the right material delivered in a reasonable timeframe. He fat-fingered 3 of the item numbers and I had approximately 100 boards that were delivered with the wrong color. Curtis industrial Drive is entrance for flatbread drivers Also overnight parking on the right hand side of that same road. I was not asked to tarp, and the materials will be placed outside once unloaded
Poorly organized. Drivers wasting time here.
