Terrible service. Bryan filed my taxes wrong for the year 2022. One was claiming myself on my taxes, and one was with my parents claiming me as a dependent. As a result, the IRS flagged the return without further action. He REFUSED to take any action or own up to his mistake, telling us instead that it is now "our problem". We have been unsuccessful in attempts to resolve this with the IRS, leading to the loss of HUNDREDS of dollars in tax returns.
