First of all, I went in for a battery replacement and basically my battery was blown up so I got a battery replacement. I thought they were gonna do a good job. I got my phone and the whole phone was just like like rattling like the battery in it was rattling. So i called in with a issue i thought was more complicated. I thought i would need a new charge port. The guy i worked with was phil! He didnt give me a run around. He actually told me it was probably more simple then that and just needed cleaned wich was far cheaper by a major amount. I went in with a dirty port. He cleaned my port and proved that it worked and chargers stayed in. He then cleaned it free of charge. Both the phone and port! This man just got me hooked on this business.
