My experience with SnapClaim has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I paid for an independent appraisal specifically requesting that comparable vehicles from my local market be used, since vehicle values vary significantly by region. That request was ignored. The report used vehicles that were not geographically comparable, which makes the appraisal inaccurate and defeats the entire purpose of paying for this service.
