They gave me 2 options to pay for the tax services. First option was to pay with credit card up front, or they can take out the payment when the tax return comes in. I told them I would pay with credit card up front because it was cheaper. They did not do that. They did agree to a refund. They asked me where I wanted the refund to go, and I told them Zelle. My bank had some issues accepting it, so I called again, and asked for it to be send to cash app. They tried to sent it once again through Zelle. I finally got the refund... read more
