We recently used SNAP! for a basketball team photo shoot, and they were fantastic! From the start, their organization, efficiency and professionalism made everyone feel at ease. Horrible!!. My child's eye was closed and the opening in her cheer skirt was directly between her legs almost to her underwear, yet she was being directed on how to pose. No one taking photos looked at them. They were laughing between each other and playing around instead. I not only spent ridiculous money on these photos but my child truly wanted them like everyone else on her team, I even paid for trading cards because that is what mattered most to her. I purchased a team comp poster from a softball tournament. I’ve purchased these before and they were 4-6 times larger. Snap action sent me a comp that is wildly small. 5x15. Perhaps it said the size when I ordered but I expected that for the arm and a leg I paid that there would be something I could hang on the wall and remember for years. All I’ll remember is how unfair the price was for this uselessly small print. The photos were fine with a decent comp.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Alisa was absolutely wonderful in handling an issue that I had. Long story short- I ordered baseball photos for my oldest two sons but never received them in the mail even weeks after everyone else in the league did. When I contacted the company via email, Alisa was quick to respond and got down to what the issue was. She resent the prints and ensured that I received them.
