Snap On should be embarrassed of their employees. There’s a drunk rowdy, crowd at the Embassy Suites hotel in Brookfield, WI, literally in the restaurant area , cursing and shouting . How disturbing!

ABSOLUTELY will never use them again…horrible customer service and the tool truck guys are getting worse and worse not to mention toon most of them don’t carry any of the new stuff and then we have to wait weeks for something that I can get at Harbour for 1/2 the price and they will actually warranty it…snap on gas become overpriced and out matched in the tool field and they are trying to make it up by sticking it to the people that are still keeping their lights on…good luck in the up coming years with all the new tools and... read more

Ill never buy from them again. Most the drivers in my area are so behind on credit line they can no longer warranty tools. Will be selling them off and replacing them with icon. I spent far to much money for you to not hold up warranty.
