Ill never buy from them again. Most the drivers in my area are so behind on credit line they can no longer warranty tools. Will be selling them off and replacing them with icon. I spent far to much money for you to not hold up warranty.

I saw Todd Guille at the gas station. I went up to him and he was friendly and great. He exchanged my old vice grip wrench for a new one. Snap-on strongly backs up their lifetime warranty.
Not a terrible company to work for, they do however mandate a lot of Saturdays, and lately they’ve been having us fill out hour by hour production sheets, and we are expected to fill out EVERY single thing that made us miss hourly goal, even stuff that is a natural part of job, such as the occasional tool change. This is aside from the daily production we’ve always entered into computer, which is a bit time consuming.
