Wrongfully locked my account claiming I posted sexual photos when I DID NOT. The photos were of me in a bathing suit, in which I’ve posted before, and another photo was of me in leggings and a sports bra about to go on a jog. i’m literally begging yall to unlock my account, i was mistakenly locked permanently for literally nothing. idk what kinda ai yall be using to determine if someone should get banned but u guys need to fix it. i lost all my memories n tried downloading them and only got 7 when i had 18 gigabytes of memories.
Snapchat has logged me out of my account for being underage and it has my account permanently locked. I have showed proof that I was not underage and it still will not let me in. I have already made a new account and I have forgotten my friends usernames and it will not let me into my main account at all. Snapchat is a terrible app.
