Couldn’t have asked for a better rental agency. Shane and Emma their customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend snapdragon rentals! Their process is so straightforward and the simplest compared to enterprise or Hertz. I will 100% be back!!

I went in late on a Friday and was able to get a 24 Subaru Impreza. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the office area was extremely clean. When I dropped off the car the staff was again very friendly and helpful. The manager who was a very friendly gentleman even knocked off a couple of days for me. If I ever need to rent a vehicle again I will definitely go back there and I will advise anyone I know to do the same. Thank you Snap Dragon Rental for making my experience a pleasant one!

edit: I wish I could leave a separate review for the business and the support. The business incorrectly charged me for tolls that I did not accumulate so I left them a one star review, I'm changing my review to three stars because I would love to give good marks to Margaret from support. She called me within ten minutes if receiving my email and immediately fixed the problem, apologized for the mistake, and reassured me that records of the issue would be emailed to me I would be reimbursed.
