Beware - no refunds under any circumstances!!! I made a mistake on the date of my shuttle when I made the reservation. It was for three weeks ahead of my actual launch. Of course my vehicle wasn’t there and I had to snag a ride to the drop off. Ben refuses to give me a reframe actually said “ It’s not my fault you don’t know how to read dates”. Amazing customer service!!
Friendly and on time!
I used this service a few weekends ago and I am very impressed. The website is easy and convenient to navigate. It’s very nice to be able to just put-on the river and not worry about shuttling your own cars or hitch hike with strangers in a global pandemic. They were responsive when contacting them and I will definitely use this company again. A good tip however is to take your time on the river.
