Had a wonderful experience with Ben. Did Deadmans to Moose and he let me know when the vehicle had been moved. He was also flexible with us as we had to change our time day of even though he didn’t have to be!
Have a back up plan when your car isn’t transferred per your confirmation email from this company. We scheduled our shuttle from Astoria to West Table on August 2nd. We scheduled it online and received email confirmation from the company. This is a nine mile stretch in the Canyon without cellular coverage. We arrived at our destination, West Table, after 2 PM. The scheduled time our car/trailer was confirmed to be at the pullout. No vehicle. We waited, unable to contact them due to no cellular, until 4 PM. My husband finally... read more

Beware - no refunds under any circumstances!!! I made a mistake on the date of my shuttle when I made the reservation. It was for three weeks ahead of my actual launch. Of course my vehicle wasn’t there and I had to snag a ride to the drop off. Ben refuses to give me a reframe actually said “ It’s not my fault you don’t know how to read dates”. Amazing customer service!!
