I would like to give this place a 0. The guys who had a refrigerator trailer were loaded quickly. I work at Konistoga and have been standing here for 4 hours and I am still not loaded. They put 10 pallets out of 20 and left, when I went to find out how long I would have to wait they were rude to me and said that they had mixed something up and were going to change it now. Although the rest of the people are quite friendly and polite, there is one man who sits at a table in the office who is the most disgusting person!
Carmen she is one of the best and knows her job also she knows how to treat the drivers in a 20 minutes done
