Amazing car rental experience. They picked me up from John Wayne airport only .5 miles away and had me in my car in about 5 min. Super quick, friendly, and easy. Would definitely rent from them again

I had a great experience with SNA Auto Rental and highly suggest them! It was the best rate that I could find in the area, convenient shuttle from the airport, the car was out and ready when we arrived, they also sent text and email reminders of our rental. All staff was very friendly and up front about all fees and costs. They were attentive to my needs, had car seat rental available and allowed me to pick the car seat that best fit my needs for my child. I needed a convertible for an event I was a driver for. This was the first place I contacted, and the whole process was easy and hassle-free! The staff, Ray and Jose, were very friendly, knowledgable and so helpful! They made the experience pleasant and fun! They were amazing. I was a little worried when I got to John Wayne Airport that I was standing at the wrong spot, and wouldn't get my shuttle. Gave them a call, and they were there in 15 minutes. Their office was only a five minute drive from the airport. Very close. Thirty minutes later I had my rental vehicle. Actually got an upgrade. I had reserved a mid-size compact, but they were all out, so I got an SUV instead, which was very nice.
