Ordered from Smyths for delivery to the Highlands of Scotland. Quick delivery, and a lovely hand written note from Stephen in with the purchase. Made my day. Great customer service and will definitely shop there again. Lovely Barbour jacket is perfect also
I was looking for a weekend bag, and a friend had a Barbour one. Found Country Sports online offering it. I was a little apprehensive as I hadn't heard of them but the reviews here and their responses to my question about returns reassured me so I went ahead. Arrived safely today and not only do I love it, and it was a good price but really appreciated the service - including a handwritten not in the package - not often you get that!
Yet again the shop is closed. Called them and asked for the opening times. I was told and I quote “I’m over 70 years of age, I open 6 days a week from 10am!!” Yet at 10:30am they are closed on a Thursday
Ordered a Barbour Westmoreland Gillet, which arrived inside a couple of days, First class service from Smyths, couldn't recommend them highly enough. Tight Lines
