My experience with my masseuse Lori, at SMW was Amazing! I didn’t have to wait upon my arrival, and was warmly greeted by my masseuse. The treatment room was not as quiet as I would hope for, as I could hear noise in another room, and at someone else’s checkout, however it was clean and the table was comfortably laid out. It was dim upon entering, which did create a calming feel, but perhaps some essential oil being diffused, and some candlelight would help with the overall spa feel.
