This is a good place to bank. People are friendly and I have a loan with them as well. Rates are competitive. Lots of parking. Always treated with respect. This is a great financial institution.
We recently handled some business with Nick at the Maplewood branch and he was absolutley wonderful to work with. We also opened another account and had a few glitches with our new cards, and Sheila worked so hard to figure out what was going on and after several attempts of activating she finally just had new cards issued. She was so sweet and even called back a few weeks later just to check in and make sure everything was working as it should be. Super easy to work with. Much faster that I would have ever expected. Cannot recommend enough.
Nick and staff were very helpful and thorough in setting up our car loan. Very competent, friendly, and quick to respond via email and/or phone when I had questions (and there were many!)
