Called him and told him what im dealing with and that I need x by Thursday. He assured me it was no problem..it's Monday now and I've yet to hear from him, after sending him all my supporting documents. This was a serious matter I needed assistance with and he could have simply declined assisting me if it were too complex for him. Unprofessional.
