Do not recommend for anything timely or important. I hired a lawyer to edit forms for me and it turned into a nightmare. Emails went unanswered for months, the lawyer showed a total misunderstanding of the content of my forms - after 3 months waiting for a task agreed would take one week - inaccurate legal advice was given by assistants who refused to explain the weird requests which didn’t line up with any law or regulations I could find, and after unprofessional behaviour that was so intense there’s no other word for it th... read more
They totally flubbed my uncles estate management. It caused a lot of stress. (As an update, the law firm responded tot his review and knew exactly who the client was. Her review never mentioned it was an estate case. They also say they contacted her. But they don’t have any records of her being a client… though they knew I was her relative, this review was about her case and they had her contact details? That’s some shady lawyer business there!)
SMT has always been there to listen and advise based on any situation. They are approachable, efficient and always friendly! I would recommend them any day.
