I hired SMT to help me keep my small business taxes in line. However, last year they skipped doing 2 quarters worth of work until the end of the year. I paid monthly to get advice and projections quarterly. After finding they never did the work, I spoke to Steve the owner and told him I should be due a credit since they didn't do the work.
