What kind of bullshit service is this? I called just to get my own tax documents emailed to me — literally a 10-second task — and they said they’re gonna charge $25 just to send an email. This ain’t customer service — this is straight-up scamming in broad daylight. Imagine paying someone $25 to press “attach” and “send” on Gmail.
