WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I felt dismissed and unsupported at a time when I genuinely needed strong legal representation. Instead of fighting for me or digging deeper into the facts of my case, Smotherman Law Firm chose to stop treatments midway and walk away based solely on the initial police report without listening to my side or considering the full context. What can I say , my casemanager Eliza was really supportive , my injuries were not bad but she made sure the insurance answered and took care of everything for me. She had such a positive can do attitude and she explained the whole process in detail. Overall my experience with the firm was good but if I could give her 5 stars a a casemanger I would!
