Karen evaluated and set up our move. She was very nice to work with. Calvin gave us clear information about the week-before packing and move schedule. Melissa created a floor plan for our furniture that tastefully fit in the smaller apartment we moved into. We had ample opportunity to adjust things as we liked. Sara and her team were extremely helpful and professional throughout the transition.
Sarah was outstanding in the job with the transition to our new residence. The move went so smoothly and a wonderful job was done with a designer's eye for placement of the furnishings at the new location. All this was done with compassion.
Smooth Transitions, Becky Wilburn and her staff were the perfect folks to deal with for our move. When we first met her, it was immediately obvious to me that Becky was experienced and knew how to handle a move as complicated as ours. Not only did she have to handle the normal things a house the size of a McMansion would have, but also a large expensive doll house, the thousands of books of a book business and some 400 stuffed pandas! Delia was super at what she does. Not so pleased with the movers. There are some scratches on furniture and a few things that did not showup.
