Smooth Transitions helped us bridge the gap between boxes moving over state lines and a lovely new home. The director of the move, Becky Wilburn, listened carefully as we described elements that were important to us, and then asked good questions. She went the second mile by starting the day at long-term storage, taking over supervision of the first of three drop offs. I can't recommend Smooth Transitions highly enough. I used them 3 times to move my parents or clean out their residences after they passed away. When they moved my father to a retirement home they hung pictures, put sheets and blankets on the bed, set up the electronics, put books in the shelves, and made his new apartment look like a home. Their careful touches calmed his understandable anxiety on moving day. My parents weren't hoarders, but they rarely threw anything away.
