Was about to order a range of Phillips Hue products but thought they looked too cheap to be true so decided to come read the reviews. The companies responses to reviews is what has made me decide against risking $1000 on Hue products with a company I have never heard of and who is antagonistic, aggressive and demeaning to unsatisfied clients

1 month and 10 days (10th Dec) after placing my order and I still have not received it. Melbourne to Adelaide shipping. I have sent 2 emails asking for an update, and 1 email asking for a refund. I have been waiting 2 weeks and have not received a reply. Last hope now is to try a chargeback on my card, because I am clearly not getting a refund from these guys. Was really looking forward to continuing to use this store for my stock on Dr Pepper No Sugar so I am extremely disappointed. Do not recommend.

I placed an order of $100 on the 28th November being advised it was standard shipping aus wide. I’m in WA, it’s the 19th December and have had no update or correspondence to two emails querying. It was a Christmas present and my son will be let down.

i buy marshmallow fluff for the whole family we eat it with a spoon from jar ,this company is always polite and kind A+++ for customer service and A++ for products , i recommend this company , and if i need any thing they are always a phone call away i never have to email or waite some one takes my phone call every time..thanks smooth/sales -Maryanna ..
