Sales. I paid $49 for an 18-pack of Reese’s Nutrageous Bars, only to receive stock that was over TWO YEARS past its best-before date (March 2024). I’ll admit I made the mistake of purchasing before properly reading the listing, but I also think it’s fair to say most people would assume no shop in Australia would be selling food that’s over two years past its date. Was about to order a range of Phillips Hue products but thought they looked too cheap to be true so decided to come read the reviews. The companies responses to reviews is what has made me decide against risking $1000 on Hue products with a company I have never heard of and who is antagonistic, aggressive and demeaning to unsatisfied clients
1 month and 10 days (10th Dec) after placing my order and I still have not received it. Melbourne to Adelaide shipping. I have sent 2 emails asking for an update, and 1 email asking for a refund. I have been waiting 2 weeks and have not received a reply. Last hope now is to try a chargeback on my card, because I am clearly not getting a refund from these guys. Was really looking forward to continuing to use this store for my stock on Dr Pepper No Sugar so I am extremely disappointed. Do not recommend.
