This was, without a doubt, the best customer service I’ve ever had. My mover cancelled at the last minute and I had a huge load of items. I called and they were there within 2 hours and got the whole job done. It was a great experience!
Smooth moves did a great job! Only 3 out of the scheduled 4 were able to make it (we understand stuff happens), but they muscled through and fast to make up for it. On the hottest day so far and Mother’s Day weekend to boot! Their communication was great and crew members were polite and friendly. I don’t know how we would have gotten through this move without them! We will recommend them to any of our friends and family looking to move in the area! Thanks a bunch guys! :)

Very pleased at every level. This was a rather complex move as I was navigating it from long distance and not totally familiar with the area. I felt confident from the get-go. Brittany was my primary contact and she was excellent to work with: friendly, personable (actually cared), readily available, competent, patient. The process with Smooth Moves was albeit seamless.
Rufus, Mike and Travis were EXCELLENT. They were in and out within 1.5 hours. Very polite young men. I would recommend them.
