As the name entails, the process was extremely smooth. The company dropped the car off at our home, and even picked up our previous leased car and took care of everything from that end as well, which was not one of their requirements. We will use Smooth Leasing again. Thank you. Edit: Further down the road (pun intended) the car had an issue due to weather, and needed a repair. While the dealership and insurance company pointed fingers at each other, Smooth leasing stepped in voluntarily and took care of the repair. Highly r... read more
