I had a bad experience here several months ago that I can't seem to shake off. And it baffles me that this place has 5 stars. Firstly, it took quite a while to get someone to answer the phone. No one returned my calls either. I get that they only have a few employees so I let that go. When I finally got in, the injector wasn't even there and I sat around for about 20 minutes while the assistant watched me like a hawk. Had such a wonderful facial at this Med spa! Joanie was great! Nice and clean atmosphere!
I recently went to Smooch Aesthetic Lounge. This was my first experience at a medspa and Joanie(the owner) was wonderful. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. I had a dermaplain treatment and a chemical peel done. The face massage was so relaxing!! I will definitely be going for other services.

Joanie was very patient with my questions and explained the whole process to me. The environment was comfortable and inviting. I've referred several of my friends.
