Used this seller twice. Had issues I let go two times. Both mantles I received had huge cracks that had to be filled. I bit my tongue because we needed a rush order. I messaged the seller at 8:25 in the morning and got no response for 9 hours. Then they told me the mantle was ready after I had already made other arrangements at 11 due to no response. Because the seller did NOT respond to any of my messages, I then received horrible, rude, and unprofessional messages from them, Would not recommend at all. Horrible experience.
I love that they can emboss their boards and give them different looks. We used the barn wood to wrap our exposed 2x6's.
