Comcast hired a company (TAK) to drop a communications line. TAK subcontracted the work to Smoky Mountain Utility Services. Smoky Mountain Utilities dug a hole in my yard while running the line and damaged my irrigation system. After discussing the issue with Comcast, I was ultimately directed to the owner of Smoky Mountain for reimbursement for the repairs. Very unprofessional and rude
Very unprofessional and rude
Was contracting for charter in my neighborhood and had to pull cable lines from a node at the corner of my property for a neighbors house across the street. Did not ask for my permission, drove a rotorooter 20 feet into my yard and made a huge mess and just left.
