My experience with the Cullowhee location has been amazing!! %100 Recommended! To start, I was having issues with my insurance company getting the correct paperwork to established my first appointment. - Kim (Front desk) was amazing in helping me work through that frustrating process and got me established as soon as possible. -Kim was even able to schedule me for there Cashier location (I start there next week) to be closer to my home. I credit this practice with saving my quality of life for a second time. I was immobilized with back problems and then knee problems. I felt hopeless the first day I walked in (with great difficulty) and thought I was permanently disabled. After a few sessions I knew I would recover movement. By the time I finished I was fully mobile and continue my exercises at home.
I recently had a knee replaced and was fortunate to have my post-op physical therapy at Smoky Mountain Sport Medicine & Physical Therapy’s Cullowee location. Ben Rickert is highly professional and very personable. I made a full recovery and plan to return when I have my other knee replaced.
Dave is the best! Helped me get back on my feet after ACL meniscus surgery. Worked with my schedule well, pushed me but wasn’t too quick.
I came here after tearing my shoulder labrum, and I seriously couldn’t have ended up in a better place. Dave and the whole team were super professional but also really down-to-earth, which made the whole process way less intimidating.
