I came here after tearing my shoulder labrum, and I seriously couldn’t have ended up in a better place. Dave and the whole team were super professional but also really down-to-earth, which made the whole process way less intimidating. I was in PT for my ankle, and had a great experience. Everybody there was very helpful and caring. Dave was very patient and honest with my recovery. Highly recommend Smokey Mountain!
My experience at Smoky Mountain was excellent. I’m came to Smoky Mountain my very first semester at Western Carolina University after collarbone surgery. The team at Smoky Mountain were some of the very first people I met once I got on campus, and they couldn’t have been more welcoming. I was mainly with Dave who is a PT at the clinic and his attention to detail and care were next level. He provided me with excellent personalized care, all while getting to know me as a person. I would 100% recommend Smoky Mountain to anyone!
Never in my life have I experienced such a lack of professionalism. I survived a drunk driver hitting me on I-40 going 100+mph and require physical therapy for whiplash, neck, back, and pelvic pain. I met with a man named BLAKE who acknowledged that I was traumatized and in pain. Despite this, he felt that my demeanor was not up to his standard.
