Had a friend of the family recently stay here for a few months. When her grant ran out they made her leave. Little did we know that she'd come home with horrible bed sores and an infestation of lice. She absolutely did not enter that facility with these things. It is absolutely deplorable! I plan on contacting the administration because this is completely unacceptable for a rehab facility!

Absolutely terrible!!! This facility hardly check on my mom while she was there. Claimed she walked out into the hallway and fell (when she couldn't even use a walker without help).

I had to stay there a few months ago for rehabilitation. The staff were very friendly, and took pretty good care of me. All the physical therapist were nice and helpful. I wish I remembered names.😩🤦🏻‍♀️. I only remember Tabatha and Danielle Allen. Tabatha was the first face I saw when I got there, and even though she wasn’t the nurse for my hall, she helped me get settled in, and talked to me awhile to help me feel comfortable. Wonderful caring staff. Thank you for helping my mother Carolyn Starkey. She was from Knoxville, came to your facility with a broken foot for therapy.

A family member spent 3 weeks here after a fall and was treated by some of the most compassionate, caring CNA’s and nurses. There were some issues but nothing major. The facility was clean and the other residents seemed to be well cared for and happy. The real problem is the food….it was awful…..barely edible…..that needs to be addressed asap.
