This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I went into their store with a friend of mine who had an ecig she bought somewhere else and the guy actually smarted off to her and said Jeez did you get that at a gas station? Just because it was a different brand. I wanted to buy a whole new kit and some liquid, and they treated us like such crap we ended up leaving. 0 stars deserved! Treat customers like dirt! The owner is rude, unprofessional & appears unstable. They charge more than double & dnt back up the products. Go to the other store on hwy 77 near kohls, or even better, online where they will stand behind products & warranties. Juice never the same but owner will sell it labeled the same name but its totally different!
