My girlfriend and I came in here with absolutely no handgun or shooting experience, and our RSO Brian was an absolute pleasure to work with. We did a private training session with Brian, and he took his time to explain everything very clearly and concisely, and we felt no pressure at any point when asking him questions throughout. You get what you pay for. It's definitely not a cheap range, but man is it clean, professional, secure, and safe with a wide range of rental selection not carried at other ranges. Plenty of helpful staff members around, multiple RSOs on the lanes at all times, firearm safety check before allowing to shoot saves a lot of angst about inexperienced shooters. Will definitely be back here.
As a beginner, I needed to learn the right technique, this place is great, staff is helpful, and knowledgeable. I will definitely return to work on my skills.
