To get this company to answer a phone is like buying a 1000 lottery tickets in hopes of winning a million dollars. Moral of the story. Unlikely gonna ever happen. Additionally, I ordered handrails. Was told the rails were ready drove an hour only to find out the rails were not ready and they had not even started on them. Was told they’d be ready the next week, next week came and gone, rails still not ready. All in all it took almost a month to get simple handrails. Seems to be a common theme from the reviews.
