Love this place! The customer service is awesome and they seem to have the largest selction of products on the gulf coast. Not to mention the best flavors. The reviewer that gave them one star seems to be upset they wouldn't give out a freebie even though she admitted the batteries gave out after the 30 day warranty. It's a battery. They eventually stop holding a charge. My experience here has always been quite the opposite. Top notch in my book!
I wish they had less than one star but this is the lowest I could choose. I had bought several items from this store and was happy until I bought two batteries at over $40.00 each (one for me and one for my husband). The warranty is for 30 days (read the fine print, it says they only warranty it if you buy all the parts and liquid from them) and both batteries stopped working after 40 days. Vaping has definitely proven to be a much tastier alternative to smoking, and all of the employees have been really nice. Not to mention they have been super helpful in customizing my vaping experience to suit my needs as a smoker.
