I have been going here for over 5 years no issue. Was convinced to get a new product from what I normally get, didn’t like it, came back to return it & swap it with what I normally get & there was 0 room to work with me at all. Definitely lost a customer which makes me sad as I’ve been shopping there a long time. Good thing there are a ton of shops! I recommend yall go to a different one as they don’t value you as regulars whatsoever as someone who’s been going there for a very long time I can confirm that.
After shopping here for years with 0 issue, they up-sold me to sell me something different than what I normally get, saying it was a better deal (I see why now, it was a worse product). When I came back not liking it, they didn’t let me exchange the item for what I always get & I’m a regular. Been buying from them for over 5 years. Mind blowing & disappointing
Great customer service. Came three times two different employees and both get 10 out of 10 customer service.
