Owner is so paranoid about competition that he won't allow the employees to say the price of an item over the phone! This WAS my main vape shop in Enfield, but the kid on the phone wouldn't even give me a ballpark price, like "how much do they start around?". As a customer, I find being treated like a suspicious person extremely disrespectful, and I could tell by the way the kid sounded on the phone, that he already understood that, and was not comfortable having to tell me that.

Buyer beware!! Be SURE what you're walking out with is exactly what you asked for! I've been going here religiously for almost 4 years. Last Saturday I asked for the same exact thing I always do. 1 Farley Gnarley & 2 Drooly's. Well the girl must have accidentally grabbed 2 Laffy's and I can see why because the colors are similar on the labels. I finally reached in my bag to start another one and it was Laffy. This was my very first time, I was looking for a gag joke for her birthday. The man that waited on me,was very nice, polite and he was showing me different things. I enjoyed my visit. I will go back he was very nice and polite,,the store was very clean. 5 . Val.
