normally have great service here but i tried to return a broken product less than a week after purchase and was told nothing could be done, after waiting an extra day because staff told me the owner needed to be there. so i came the next day, exactly when told by previous staff, and the woman working told me it had been too long (it had been five days, my product functioned properly for three days) and she could not replace or refund my product. she didn’t even take it to see if it was broken. i told her the charging port wa... read more

The lady working was incredibly rude. I waited in line while she was helping a customer. Once she was done she sat down rather than help me. She didn’t want to help me. When she finally did she told me I had to place an online order to buy the vape I wanted. Wouldn’t tell me why or explain how. Had no flavor list and the boxes the vapes are kept in was incorrect. Sold me the wrong vape. Had an attitude the entire time. Didn’t say you’re welcome, have a good day, no pleasantries. I wouldn’t suggest coming here.
