Mr. Wigz is THE best smoke shop in delaware! Amy the owner is not only the sweetest funniest lady she is intelligent and stays well informed. She takes care to research products she carries and will follow up on any questions or concerns any person has. I feel as though shes my pharmacist doctor counselor and friend...and vet lol...all rolled up in one. I love to see wiggles and local neighbors when I go. Its a visit with friends.
