I am in the Barbecue Business for 30 years and travel across country between my two bbq places and finally stopped here for a bite and had a very tasty brisket sandwich and sample of pork that equally as good! Great sauces as well! I will certainly say what a great new find on highway 54 the 450 mile stretch of not much between Tucumcari and Wichita in the way of good eats! Little bit of a wait but then again im always in a hurry! Lol

These wonderful folks provided our family a wonderful selection of meats and sides when contacted about catering for our fathers memorial. The food was delicious and the cost was reasonable. Absolutely the greatest BBQ I have ever eaten- this little place is and must for anyone who loves BBQ
Great lunch today at Smokehoss. Smoked spicy sausage, kids grilled cheese with bacon and a club wrap were our entrees. Missing the French Dip sandwich. Hope it comes back soon.

5 star if what you want is great ribs and a lot of friendly!
The Cuban was amazing. And the fries were so good I probably ate more than I should have. Worth it!
