Trey (or tray sorry) was amazing. I went in for a vape replacement and had an actual experience with a VERY knowledgeable attendant. Trey knew his stuff. Took time to listen to my vapor pickiness and got me exactly what I needed. Talked me through brands , items to not use due to quality issues and without any rushing me or acting frustrated with my questions. Thanks Trey!!! Very much

I literally will never I’m so disappointed I just bought a vape a day ago and before the if it didn’t work in a day I’ve been able to bring it in and get another one.. they are not cheap. Well the girl was so cute and said nothing can be done and listed the policy. Which is bogus cause again Its been a day !! And this happened once before and no issue so .. yah im done here and I wouldn’t suggest going here cause they really don’t care Also looked the error code up it’s was a faulty vape
