I have been very disappointed with this company. I placed a pre-order 2 and a half months ago and was promised shipping by a certain date. It is now 4 weeks passed the promised shipping date and I have still heard nothing. Their customer service department is very difficult to get a hold of and when they do reply to an email (I sent 3 before I got a response. This company is AWESOME and their customer service is EXCELLENT!! I have placed many orders and any issue that I have ever had has been addressed and resolved IMMEDIATELY. I noticed the one and only review on Google about this company and I just had to put in my two cents worth as I feel this company is top notch in their adorable outfits, product quality and their top of the line customer service!
FYI, For those of you shop or are considering shopping Smockadot Kids, please be aware that they do NOT stand behind their products and they do NOT value you as a customer. I bought and outfit and it was defective (clearly defective), I contacted them & they would not do anything about it and now my child cannot wear it, nor can I sell it. I will NOT be buying anything from them ever again and I urge you to strongly consider before you do! I I just thought you should be warned!
