Had a truly terrible experience using this firm for a home purchase. When I first called, I specifically asked whether they could do a closing that was 30 days away, and whether they could do the signing digitally, as the person I was purchasing the home with lived two hours away. I was assured that both of these things were no issue at all, and started the process of closing with Anneke Russell, or more accurately, her assistant.
