My car's battery died twice within a week, and I had exceptional service both times that I used Smitty's Towing! Daniel and Kyle were the two staff members who assisted me, and both of them were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. While I ended up finding out that my battery was faulty, both Daniel and Kyle provided an explanation and recommendations on how to extend the life of car batteries. Smitty’s towing got me out of a real jam. I had a Blow out on the freeway on the hard shoulder my tire came off the rim and was flapping. I barely had time to think and put my truck on the hard shoulder. Problem was it was up hill in the shade so motorists could not see so well as the sun was in their eyes. Added to this the cell reception was not great. Kyle must work a lot. I have one car towed far too much. Kyle once again was there to provide the best customer service on a continuous basis. Always appreciate great service. Thank you Kyle!

Our hybrid car's electrical system ceased functioning while taking my wife to a post-surgery appointment 30 miles from home. The Smiity's driver, KEVIN, was extremely understanding & helpful in assisting an elderly couple get the car towed for repairs, used his phone to call a cab, & waited with us until the cab arrived. Then he transported the car to the dealer & phoned us to confirm. The entire interaction with KEVIN was a totaly positve experience and we are gratefull for his assistance.
