Brian picked me up along the 101 and got me to the repair shop in record time. His truck was brand new. Top.notch service.
Arrived quickly and opened our car without any damage or issues. Joe was.alao super nice and cheerful through the experience
Arrogant owner laughs at us everyday
Smitty's Towing will quote you one price and then try and double it when they show up for the tow. They left me in a complete bind after I waited 2 hours for them. Maybe they shouldn't quote prices if they are not going to stick to it. They should also train their phone staff a little better to understand what is really going on. As a business owner myself, I have to say that there are some companies that care, and there are others that don't. Smitty's Towing is obviously the latter.
