After failing to find a bigger chest freezer at the "bigger" stores. He was able to meet us with short notice in the evening and gave us a great deal on it! He was very kind and sent us on our way with some treats and exactly what we were looking for!
Smitty took one of my family members working dryer and said they would get back to her about a price for it. When they didn’t, she called to ask about it and Smitty was extremely rude to her on the phone. He was yelling at her, refused to pay her anything, and then threatened to just drop it off in her driveway. She is an elderly widow and he screamed at her in such an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Clearly “Customer service is not a priority” for Smitty. I suggest everyone stays out of his store!
