This place seems like a fly by night outfit. Went by their office Friday morning, close. Call them during the week. Most of The Times are close. Nonprofessional company would not hire them to change my storm doorstorm
Phoned to have a window replaced. Said he wold come out on Wednesday or Thursday. Called him Friday. Said he would come Saturday around noon. It's Monday haven't heard from this guy. If he didn't want my business he should have told me. My recommendation use anybody else. Very unprofessional!
I came on. Friday I saw a young lady saw me and disappeared . I knock and nobody came to open the door. I did that twice in different time and same it look llike a ghost.
Wrote a review recently which has been deleted/removed. Worst glass company I have ever tried to work with. Took our deposit, didn't show up to install because they didn't order the glass as promised, rescheduled to install, didn't show up. when we called the installer said his daughter came into town. finally for a 3rd time scheduled install and he finally showed up. Waited for the final invoice which they never sent or provided me the day of install. Month later I had to call them for the invoice. Received invoice and sent... read more
I brought in a glass shelf to have him make a new one. It fit perfect. It was ready when expected and I got help to carry it out to my vehicle. A job well done.
