So glad Smitty's are there in Thornbury! Excellent care for me and my ebike today. Younger guy, his name may be Mikey, reconnected my chain and at the same time noticed my front wheel wasn't secured and that in our home assembly we'd installed the handlebar stem incorrectly. Fixed it all in a jiffy and recommended next steps for my bike care. So grateful.
