I placed an order 5 days ago and paid for 2 day express shipping. When I reached out to the company to request a refund, the response I got was "it's shipping today, no refunds." Not an apology for the late shipping, no professionalism, no empathy....just NO REFUND. When a business advertise 2-day express shipping, in a consumers mind this means I will get my order in 2 business days. The way this was handled is terrible!!!

Valerie was swift and concise with taking care of our issue and even hand delivered a new item!
