Franklin was a huge help. I have tears in both Achilles and was struggling to find a proper pair of sneakers. He sat with me through around a dozen shoes and made sure I had the perfect pair.
I wanted to wait a minute before I posted this review, pending on how I felt about the shoe. Its been a week, and I can say that I love the New Balances I purchased. Originally I came for Brooks Beast and was going to wait to find them, instead I bought a pair of 860s. I've never been a New Balance Guy but these are awesome. Super informative, great customer service, and great prices. I walked out of there with a brand new pair of new balance that are the most comfortable running/walking shoes I’ve had. Very happy I went here instead of somewhere else. Highly recommend.
