I bought a pair and it was uncomfortable. Returned and Franklin then had me try on SEVEN other pairs to make sure I had best fit possible. New shoes are amazing I immediately bought second pair. Franklin was fantastic. I’ll be back.

After almost a DECADE 🫣 of buying the same discontinued model of sneaker and a lifetime of issues when shoe shopping, I didn’t have high hopes when I walked in. I was pleasantly surprised to be fitted and then walk out with a comfortable pair (and inserts after a scan) in under 45 minutes! Franklin was SO helpful and patient during the fitting, and it really made the difference. Will be returning!
