Rude Unprofessional. Been 8+ months an i called dcnr about my title they never recieved paperwork or money to transfer title meanwhile have multiple title transfers done at other places an got them back already. Hung up on me when I started questioning him about things dcnr told me... UPDATE: Mr. Smith has been working with me these past couple of months trying to get this problem resolved.
Got new car from someone and went there to transfer and was amazing experience and very nice person and when I had question he answered were i could understand. Very greatful service.
Randall is very knowledgeable and affordable. He offers great customer service and flexibility. I called him to do a home closing document notarization for me and he was wiling to work around my work schedule and get it done, he also was able to fax the documents for me. I will be going to him again in the future. I have also used his services to do title transfers. I got my titles within 2 weeks when going to him for them. Great guy to work with.

Got an attitude with my mom tried to tell her that he just texted me Friday when she was calling about my title.i haven't talked to him or texted in 6 months. gave him 8 months to transfer my title have had others done an come back already but dcnr hasn't even received the transfer money it doesn't take 8 months to send a check to someone.
