Called three times an hour before they closed. First time answer, the phone said nothing. And just let me listen to Family Guy on the television. Second time I called Sid, absolutely nothing. Third time I called, they just hung up on me very unprofessional way to do business, I would recommend using anyone else other than this company
Mr. Smith is an awesome super-pro and I would trust him 110%. Although he knows all the tricks of the trade, PennDot is dreadful and he does his best to chase those shylockers. This is my second car with him where the title gets 'lost' somewhere or just flat out bungled. I don't even live in America and cannot exactly set around by the mailbox. Rude Unprofessional. Been 8+ months an i called dcnr about my title they never recieved paperwork or money to transfer title meanwhile have multiple title transfers done at other places an got them back already. Hung up on me when I started questioning him about things dcnr told me... UPDATE: Mr. Smith has been working with me these past couple of months trying to get this problem resolved.
Got new car from someone and went there to transfer and was amazing experience and very nice person and when I had question he answered were i could understand. Very greatful service.
