Rude Unprofessional. Been 8+ months an i called dcnr about my title they never recieved paperwork or money to transfer title meanwhile have multiple title transfers done at other places an got them back already. Hung up on me when I started questioning him about things dcnr told me.
Got an attitude with my mom tried to tell her that he just texted me Friday when she was calling about my title.i haven't talked to him or texted in 6 months. gave him 8 months to transfer my title have had others done an come back already but dcnr hasn't even received the transfer money it doesn't take 8 months to send a check to someone.

It was my first time here, and everything went smoothly. The service was excellent, though a bit on the pricey side.
All around a great guy. Finally, I got to visit Randall today for a title transfer. Prices were reasonable, and the process was so quick compared to the old pen and paper. Extremely pleased with my trip.
