They have the wrong business hours on file. They say online it opens at 08:00 but some lady just said they don't open until 09:00. So unprofessional and lack of customer service.
Called ahead of time to make sure they could cash my check, was told they could, Arrive less than ten minutes later just to wait around for someone to show up. Finally someone does, no hi, hello, nothing. Just looks at my check and asks how much is that for, I tell her and then just says "I don't have that in my till" I explained that I just talked to someone on the phone and her response was "well they don't know what's in my till, sorry" Completely lazy and unprofessional.
